In order to complete an Exchange, please complete the following steps.

Please complete the "Returns and Exchanges" section of your Order Receipt (included with your order). If you are choosing to Exchange your shoe for another size, be sure to indicate this on the form.

  1. All returns must be made within 45 days of receipt.

  2. We ONLY accept shoes for Exchange or Refund that are in New Condition. When testing the fit of your new shoes, please try them on over a Clean Surface to ensure they remain in New Condition.

  3. Place return items in their original box along with any tags and/or accessories. Don't forget to include your completed "Returns and Exchanges" request!

  4. Please do not tape or affix a shipping label or postage directly to the shoe box. To ensure proper credit & no restocking fee, please wrap the shoe box in paper/plastic or place everything securely into a separate box before affixing postage. Returns that are not received in their original, New Condition (including Shoe Box) may be subject to a $15.00 re-stocking fee.

  5. Click the link below for prepaid USPS postage. Put the USPS label on your package and give to your postal person or drop off at any post office.

  6. Upon receipt of your returned item(s) we will process your Exchange and ship the new size at no cost to you.

If you are not totally satisfied with your new shoes, just return them in the original box with all tags and no sign of wear.

  4. Upon receipt of your returned item(s) we will process your Return within a week. $8.00 return cost will be deducted when you use our prepaid label.
